Efficient self vent system Just Fries has a smoke-free and odor-free system which allows the location of Just Fries indoors.

This system includes stages of decantation and filtering with active carbon – separating and eliminating the frying vapors and some active particles.

Display

At the up right side of the Just Fries front panel there is a display with four sectors – one per type of sauce the consumer may select. This display gives information during the process (loading, frying, releasing sauce, etc.) and technical alarms when working in “operator mode”.

Next to the display there are four buttons to choose the sauce. Right down the display, a fifth button to choose the language.

Cabinet

The cabinet is built on galvanized steel and covered with epoxy painting. This and a security locker makes possible to locate Just Fries outdoor.
